Our beautiful and expansive camp property is available for weddings, photo shoots, and other facility rentals during the year. Mountain Meadow Ranch is nestled in the eastern slopes of the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Northeast California, 75 miles northwest of Reno, Nevada, and the Reno-Tahoe International Airport. The ranch property sits just on the timberline and encompasses over 900 acres. To our east lies the Great Basin Desert, and to the west are richly forested mountains. Weddings
Simple package – $1,500 weekday rental
For the more spontaneous and adventurous couple hoping to share vows in a less traditional way. Rental is for 24 hours. Includes access to chosen ceremony and reception site, two suites for day-of getting ready for the bride and groom, and the dining hall and fridge and freezer for holding of food, desserts, etc.
Classic package – $3,500 weekend rental
For the classic couple with a traditional wedding in mind. Rental is from 12pm on the day before the event to 12pm on the day after the event. Includes access to chosen ceremony and reception site, two suites for day-of getting ready for the bride and groom, and the dining hall and fridge and freezer for holding of food, desserts, etc. Lodging not included.
Getaway package – Please inquire for pricing.
For the bride and groom seeking a destination wedding experience complete with lodging. This package includes access to lodging (two private cabin suites and ten bunk-house style cabins available) in addition to the grounds (including pool, pond, tennis courts and half basketball court), chosen ceremony and reception site, two suites for day-of getting ready for the couple, full access to the kitchen and dining hall facilities.
Optional additions to any package:
- Planning consultation – $200, includes a 4-hour consultation with our two resident event coordinators. This is consultation to talk through your vision and provide insight and ideas for ways to make it a reality.
- Full access to kitchen facilities for on-site food prep – $500/day
- Additional time – $300 for half day, $500 for full day
- Wedding coordination – fee calculated based on party size and scope
Retreats & Reunions
Family reunions, birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, retirement parties, holiday parties, corporate events, and more are elevated against the backdrop of Mountain Meadow Ranch. Rental includes access to lodging and dining/kitchen facilities, pool and pond, tennis and basketball courts. Access to additional camp activity facilities calculated based on size of group, time of year, and availability.
