Why Work With Us?

What Sets Us Apart

At camp, fun is a given, but we aim for something much deeper. Our mission is to create a safe and freeing space where campers can experience a different way of living—where kids can truly be kids. Here, they can play, learn, and grow while fully embracing life. At Mountain Meadow Ranch, we prioritize love and inclusion, encouraging campers to face their fears and grow. Our counselors play a vital role in this culture; you are not only vessels of fun and adventure but also role models for the campers. At our core, we believe in servant leadership, inviting every camper, counselor, and staff member to “serve all” to build a thriving community. By fostering a spirit of servanthood, we aim to create a caring and authentic social environment that enhances our activities and extends into the campers’ lives back home.”

Our Expectations

We are searching for potential counselors that want to break away from the pack and be a part of this selfless culture, built on values of servanthood and personal growth, and passionately pursue it in their own lives. We believe strongly in sharing values as a team in order to focus on the mission to serve our campers fully. We realize this is not for the faint of heart and that it may turn away some, but our hope is that it inspires those who are up for the challenge of a summer of growth and purpose! Before you apply, please read the following Servant Leadership Code and Staff Heart Commitment.
