Discounts, Payments, & Cancellations

Registration Fee

$100/camper registration fee is additional to tuition. It is due at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable and is not included in the cancellation policy refund schedule below.

Deposit

$500/camper deposit charged upon enrollment to secure the camper’s place in the session. Deposits are a portion of the total tuition, not in addition to. 

Payment Options

  1. Pay In Full Now – The full amount of tuition is charged to your credit card upon enrollment.
  2. Pay In Full Later – The full amount of tuition is due on May 1st, charged to your credit card on that day if not paid before. 
  3. Monthly Payments – Payments are charged each month following enrollment, until May 1.
  4. Other – We can accept other forms of payment such as wire transfers and checks upon request.

Discounts

Sibling Discount – 5% per sibling after the primary applicant

Referral Credit – 10% off one camper’s tuition for each new family you refer

Military Discount – 10% off the family’s tuition (email copy of military ID to [email protected])

Multiple Session Discount – $100 off each additional session enrolled

    Cancellations

     No additional allowance, refunds or rebates will be made for cancellations, withdrawals, late arrival, early departure for any reasons, or should the camper(s) be dismissed from camp due to misconduct, homesickness, or for any physical or behavioral problems – at the Camp Director’s sole discretion.

    If you decide to withdraw your camper’s enrollment, the process will be as follows:

    Cancel before December 1, 2024 $50 cancellation fee

    Cancel before April 1, 2025 $200 cancellation fee

    Cancel after April 1, 2025 $500 cancellation fee

    Cancel after May 1, 2025 no refund of tuition
